I’m the creator of AZ DELECTABLES. I love cooking, eating, and anything related to food.
Throughout my experience growing up in Japan, seeing my family cooking, working at restaurants in summer as a high school kid, traveling to different countries… These grew my cooking interests and inspirations so much.
Currently as a mom of three, also working full-time, I only have a limited time to cook with whatever is in the fridge for my hungry family.
Yet, I still enjoy cooking.
Here, I want to share my inspiration so that you can grow yours and bring your family and yourself more smiles with your cooking.
Another note, this recipe blog is also for my kids, hoping they remember and cook my dishes for their families in the future.
