Yuzu Pepper Salmon Tartare with Crispy Rice Paper

Ingredients:
4 oz Salmon
1/2 pc Avocado
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Yuzu pepper
A few splashes Lemon juice
2 pcs Rice paper
Vegetable oil for deep fry
Instructions:
1. Cut salmon into small dice sizes and add in a bowl
2. Add cut avocado, olive oil, soy sauce, yuzu pepper, lemon juice to mix
3. Cut the rice paper into 4 pcs, deep fry in a pan for 10 sec each
5. Add the salmon tartare on the crispy rice paper
