Curry Pan, Japanese Curry Bread

The Easiest Curry Bread

I always wanted to make Curry pan, Japanese curry bread at home, but no time for kneading bread from scratch. But here is a good news. You can use a piece of bread, my case I used Shokupan, Japanese Milk Bread, roll it out, and wrap the leftover curry, and fry it

Servings: 3 pcs

Time: 15 min

Ingredients:

1 cup Curry (leftover, or premade in pouch)

3 pcs Shokupan or milk bread

2 pcs Egg

1 cup Panko

1 tbsp Flour

1 tbsp Water

Instructions:

1. Make glue - mix flour and water

2. Beat egg in a bowl, also prepare panko in a tray

3. Cut the edge of the bread, roll it out

4. About 2 tbsp of curry into the middle of the bread

5. Fold into triangle shape, glue the edges

6. Coat with egg, then Panko

7. Deep fry in canola oil with medium heat for about 1 min or until it gets golden crispy
