Ginger Pork, Shogayaki

Ingredients:
1 lb thin sliced Pork
1 pc Onion
2 tbsp thin cut Ginger
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
Instructions:
1. Cut onion and ginger
2. In a heated pan, stir fry onion, add pork, Sake and ginger
3. Add soy sauce after the meat is cooked
