Ginger Pork, Shogayaki

Easy to Make, Very Filling and Savory Dish

It’s one of the popular dishes for Teishoku in Japan. Teishoku is a set meal that comes with a main dish, rice, soup and some vegetable dish on the side. I used to like getting Syogayaki teishoku for lunch when I was working in Japan, it's a savory dish, a very good combination with cooked rice, and it's very filling.
